Manual Therapy - The Physical Therapist is in direct contact with the patient using a variety of techniques including massage, MyoFascial Release, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, joint mobilization, and manual stretching.
Heat - Application of warm, moist heat to promote increased blood supply to affected areas to allow for increased range of motion and reduction in pain.
Ice - Application of therapeutic cold packs to decrease inflammation, swelling and pain.
Electrical Stimulation - E-Stim helps to increase blood circulation and decrease pain and inflammation by sending a low electrical current to the injured area to speed healing.
Ultrasound - Transmits a deep ultrasonic wave to the injured area to provide a deep heat for increased circulation and decreased and inflammation.
Therapeutic Exercise - A major component of physical therapy treatment in order for our body to heal and return you to your desired level of function.
Home Exercise Program - We will develop an individualized therapeutic home exercise program for you to use in order to recover more quickly.
